We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We ship using UPS, USPS and FedEx.
Most orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days of receipt. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can also view our standard ground shipping rates in the table below. Standard ground shipping transit times vary from 2-7 business days which does not include the processing time of your order. Deliveries are typically made Monday - Friday. Please note that shipping transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Free ground shipping applies to orders shipped to the contiguous United States only. Free ground shipping is excluded on orders shipping to multiple addresses and does not apply to other shipping methods.
Expedited shipping may be available on select items. If available, expedited shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the contiguous United States at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged, defective, or a mistake on our part please contact us within 30 days of delivery by using our request form on our Contact Us page. We’ll need a few photos of the item and a receipt to begin the process. Photos and proof of purchase are required to process your request. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Todd Claussen Interiors is not responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
