If you’ve received your order and are not satisfied, we're here to help! Most new, unused items with a receipt can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost minus any shipping fees. There are some items we carry that have a modified return policy such as plants and some rugs.
To be eligible for a return an item must be in its new, original condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. Returns also require a sales receipt. Items that are damaged, altered, used, or laundered are not eligible for a return.
Some items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded include:
Final sale items and discontinued items.
Gift cards or store credits
Personalized or made-to-order items
Items or materials that have been installed
Items or materials that have been assembled after delivery
Certain charges and fees
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return and issue a refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.
All shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not offer returns on plants but if your plant arrives damaged or dies contact us within 30 days of delivery and we can issue a replacement. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the plant and your order confirmation number or receipt. Without photos and proof of purchase, we will be unable to process your request.
Please note that we may not be able to send an exact replacement if the plant you ordered is out of stock. In this case, we can send a plant of similar value.
Shipping or delivery can sometimes cause plants to become stressed and make them a little unhappy. Many times, they just need a few weeks to settle down and respond to their new surroundings.
A plant with a few yellow or dead leaves, or that appears a little limp may simply need to be pruned or given water to help it rebound. Contact us and we’ll do our best to help you and your plant.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged, defective, or a mistake on our part please contact us within 30 days of delivery by using our request form on our Contact Us page. We’ll need a few photos of the item and a receipt to begin the process. Photos and proof of purchase are required to process your request.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
