Return Policy

If you’ve received your order and are not satisfied, we're here to help!

Most unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Some items we carry have a modified return policy such as rugs and furniture. 

To be eligible for a return an item must be in its new, original condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. Returns will also require a sales receipt.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees and any restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Fill out the Contact Us form with your order number and submit.
2. Once we receive the request, we will send an email with instructions and a return shipping label. 
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days to process your return and issue a refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and includes any handling fees.

Return shipping charges and restocking fees are paid by the customer and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Rugs and Furniture

Rugs and furniture are shipped from our suppliers. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be applied to furniture and rugs. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Some items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded include:

- Final sale items and discontinued items.
- Gift cards or store credits.
- Rug pads.
- Product samples.
- Personalized or made-to-order items.
- Items that have been installed.
- Items that have been assembled after delivery.
- Certain charges and fees such as shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
- Items that are damaged, altered, used, or laundered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged, defective, or a mistake on our part please contact us within 30 days of delivery by using our request form on our Contact Us page.

We’ll need a few photos of the item and a receipt to begin the process. Photos and proof of purchase are required to process your request.
